Locations Hiring

Shoreway Childcare Center located at 8701 Detroit Rd in Cleveland, Ohio. Hours are a split shift of 7am until 9am and then come back and work 2pm until 5:30pm Monday through Friday. There is a split shift incentive of $1.00 per hour when working a split shift.

Pay Rate Range

Base Pay: $14.00 to 15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher with daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
• Supervise children and support classroom management in accordance with licensing standards.
• Track attendance and other required documentation.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
• Assist with meals, classroom support, and daily routines.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with staff while supporting children’s individual needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Able to lift and carry at least 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
