Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute Science teaching materials, experiment kits and equipment according to teachers' instructions.
  • Set up and clear away materials for Science lessons, experiments, enrichment programmes and school events.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and safety of Science resource and preparation rooms.
  • Conduct inventory checks, monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment of Science equipment and consumables.
  • Report faulty or damaged equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
  • Provide administrative support to teachers, including preparing lesson materials, managing student records, sorting worksheets and handling equipment loans and returns.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, laminating, updating records and maintaining documents.
  • Support Science programmes, school events and General Office operations, including counter and sick bay duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level passes, including English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in school general administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Duration/Working Hours:

1 year - opt to extend of 1 year (Jan 2027 to Dec 2027)

Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
