Prepare teaching/experiment materials and distribute worksheets or notes.
Assist with school activities, trips, exams, and front-counter duties.
Perform data entry, record-keeping, inventory checks, and photocopying/printing.
Maintain notice boards and manage distribution/collection of materials.
Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
Fluent in English and Mother Tongue.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
At least 1 year experience as a School Teacher Support; classroom management or MOE school experience preferred.
Strong organisational, independent, and collaborative skills, with a willingness to learn.
Duration/ working hours:
11 months contract (Option to extend) 2 Jan 2026 to 30 Nov 2026)

7:00 am to 4:00 pm Inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break

Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. If it is required, it should not exceed two (2) Saturdays a year
