Salary: $17.50/Hour Minimum

Report Times: 8:00am to 3:30pm
Daily Hours: 7.5 (7 Paid)
Work Year: 39 Weeks
Supervisor: Principal

Civil Service Title: Office Clerk IV (Competitive-HELP Program)

Minimum Requirements:
Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma.

Desired Qualifications:
Typing/word processing skills 35 words per minute;
Strong computer knowledge;
Experience with Infinite Campus or equivalent;
Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents, use of google cloud;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Strong clerical and organization skills;
Must be flexible, responsible, and dependable.

Responsibilities:
Primarily attendance input in the computer for the entire student body;
Work in a high-paced environment with student, family, and staff interaction;
Ability to use telephone in a courteous and efficient manner;
Ability to prioritize tasks;
Able to multi task in a busy office environment;
Complete all work with a high degree of quality and efficiency;
Provides clerical support to other areas of the school;
Daily use of the Blackboard connect system, put in calls that go out on the automated call system;
Others duties and responsibilities as assigned.
