About the role
Utilising functional skills and assessments, our Teacher Aides will provide support to a class of 6-8 students with neurodiverse affirming practices and principles across a range of environments. There will be a strong focus on supporting the wellbeing and holistic development of young people through the creation of inclusive learning environments, effective communication, and proactive classroom management.
Key Responsibilities
As a Teacher Aide, you'll support the planning, teaching and assessment in an alternative, flexible model of learning for autistic students, embracing a holistic, strengths-based, and neurodiversity affirming approach as we strive to empower each student to thrive in an environment that fosters their individual growth.
