West Row Academy are seeking a committed, reflective and collaborative Teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis.

This role is ideal for a colleague who is passionate about high-quality teaching, has high aspirations for all pupils and is committed to contributing positively to a supportive and values-driven school community. Working closely with colleagues across the school, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, supporting a positive classroom culture and ensuring strong outcomes for all pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

• is an excellent classroom practitioner, with strong knowledge of high-quality, inclusive pedagogy
• has high expectations for all pupils and is committed to enabling every child to succeed
• can plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• uses assessment effectively to inform teaching and ensure progress Is reflective and responsive, continually seeking to improve their practice
• communicates clearly and works collaboratively with colleagues
• builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff and families to support them to belong
• is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• contributes positively to the wider life and community of the school.
