We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our academic team and contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate should possess strong teaching abilities, effective classroom management skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting student growth and development. This role is suitable for professionals with 1 to 11 years of experience who are enthusiastic about delivering quality education and fostering a culture of learning.

As a Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing student performance, and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students. You will play a key role in encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence while maintaining a supportive and disciplined classroom atmosphere.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum and academic standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
• Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, projects, and classroom activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help improve their academic performance and confidence.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies, educational tools, and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school management for curriculum planning and academic activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school events as required.
• Stay updated with modern teaching practices, educational trends, and subject knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area. A B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
• Candidates with 1 to 11 years of teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers with strong communication and teaching aptitude may also be considered for junior-level roles.
• Subject specialization experience will be an added advantage.
