Salary Range: Professional Salary Schedule Salary based on experience and education level per Putnam County Board of Education salary schedule plus a competitive benefits package to include: PEIA insurance
The LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE Elementary Classroom Teacher is assigned as a generalist to deliver a comprehensive educational program in accordance with state law and West Virginia Board of Education and county policies and regulations.
Qualifications: Holds or qualifies for a West Virginia Professional or Temporary Teaching Certificate endorsed for elementary education, grades 1-8, 1-6 or K-6 or multi-subjects, grades K-8. Expected training in ""LETRS".
Length of Employment: Until Employee Returns or Resigns
Responsibilities: The LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE School Teacher shall have the responsibilities and duties as outlined in the Putnam County Schools Job Description Handbook.
