Clifford Road Primary School and Nursery are seeking a Teacher to inspire growing minds, spark deeper thinking, and guide learners as they build independence and confidence on their academic journey?

At Clifford Road Primary School, we are looking for a passionate and creative Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our vibrant school community!

What you will need

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• KS2 teaching experience (or the ability to demonstrate strong potential for success within Key Stage 2)
• a proven track record of recent and successful class teaching
• successful experience of delivering the primary curriculum
• a strong understanding of current teaching theory and best practice, particularly in securing high rates of progress for primary-aged pupils
• good subject knowledge across the core National Curriculum
• experience supporting pupils who speak English as an additional language
• strong understanding of the teaching of reading and writing appropriate to KS2, including comprehension and vocabulary development
• excellent communication skills and experience of working collaboratively with colleagues.

We are a 2-form entry school with 385 pupils on roll and 30 children in our nursery at the heart of the vibrant town of Ipswich.
