Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a positive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages student learning and engagement.
Design and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Utilize clear, effective communication to convey learning objectives to students, employing both small and large group instruction tailored to their needs.
Incorporate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience.
Regularly assess student progress, maintaining precise records, and providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and school administration.
Engage in continuous communication with guardians, fostering a collaborative approach to student development.
Participate actively in school community events, professional development, and team meetings to support school initiatives and improve instructional practices.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.
Valid AZ Teaching Certificate and AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
SEI Endorsement and appropriate certification.
Proven experience in teaching at the elementary level, with a strong understanding of best practices in education.
Salary: $46,700 to $80,904, based on education and experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.
