DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Analyst, T&E,locatedin Bogotá Distrito Capital, Colombia

The Analyst, T&E supports DePuy Synthes by ensuringaccurate, compliant, andtimelyprocessing of travel and expense activities. This role plays a keypartinmaintainingstrong financial controls, supporting employee experience, and enabling business operations through effective expense management, reporting, and continuous improvement of T&E processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, audit, and process employee travel and expense reportsin accordance withcompany policies and local regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate T&E policies, tax rules, and internal control standards.

  • Investigate and resolve expense discrepancies, employee inquiries, and system exceptionsin a timely manner

  • Support month‑end and period‑end close activities related to travel and expense accounting.

  • Analyze expense trends and prepare reports to support finance and business stakeholders.

  • Partner with internal teams (Finance, HR, Procurement, Travel) to address policy questions and process improvements.

  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation and support internal and external audit requests.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including system enhancements and standardization of T&E processes.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, expense management, accounting, or shared services.

  • Working knowledge of travel and expense policies and financial controls.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume transactional work.

  • Analytical skills with the ability toidentifytrends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

  • Proficiencywith financial systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Travel & Expense processes in a multinational or shared services environment.

  • Familiarity with automated T&E tools (e.g., Concur or similar platforms).

  • Understanding oftax implications related to employee expenses.

  • Experience working with cross‑functional or global teams.

  • Continuous improvement or process optimization exposure.

  • Languages:Englishproficiencyrequired; Spanishproficiencyrequiredfor local operations.

  • Travel:Minimal travelexpected

  • Certifications:Nonerequired
