A Dow possui uma oportunidade de Técnico(a) em Elétrica com Ênfase em Instrumentação localizado em Breu Branco - PA (BRA)

Objetivo da Posição:

Executar atividades de manutenção elétrica e de instrumentação industrial, garantindo a confiabilidade, disponibilidade e segurança dos equipamentos e sistemas produtivos da planta. Atuar na identificação, diagnóstico e solução de falhas em equipamentos elétricos, instrumentos de medição e sistemas de automação.

Responsabilidades:

• Realizar manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva em equipamentos elétricos e sistemas de instrumentação.

• Executar calibração, testes, ajustes e comissionamento de instrumentos de processo, tais como transmissores de pressão, temperatura, vazão e nível.

• Diagnosticar falhas em sistemas elétricos, painéis de controle, inversores de frequência, motores elétricos e sistemas automatizados.

• Interpretar diagramas elétricos, malhas de instrumentação, P&IDs e documentação técnica.

• Executar inspeções de rotina visando identificar desvios e oportunidades de melhoria nos equipamentos.

• Apoiar a implementação de melhorias de confiabilidade e produtividade dos ativos industriais.

• Realizar parametrização básica de instrumentos inteligentes e sistemas de automação.

• Garantir a execução das atividades em conformidade com os procedimentos de segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade.

• Apoiar paradas de manutenção programadas (Turnaround) e projetos de expansão ou modernização da planta.

• Elaborar relatórios técnicos e registrar intervenções nos sistemas de gestão da manutenção.

Requisitos:

• Curso Técnico completo em Eletrotécnica, Eletrônica, Automação Industrial, Instrumentação ou áreas correlatas.

• Registro ativo no CFT.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

• Experiência em manutenção elétrica industrial.

• Conhecimento em instrumentação de processos industriais.

• Leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos e P&IDs.

• Conhecimento em transmissores, válvulas de controle, sensores, analisadores e sistemas de medição.

• Experiência com inversores de frequência, soft starters, CCMs e motores elétricos.

• Conhecimento em sistemas de automação industrial, CLPs e redes industriais.

• Familiaridade com sistemas de gerenciamento de manutenção (SAP PM ou similares).

Diferenciais:

• Experiência em indústrias químicas, petroquímicas, papel e celulose, mineração ou energia.

• Certificações em instrumentação industrial.

• Conhecimento em protocolos de comunicação industrial (Hart, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, Modbus ou Ethernet/IP).

• Experiência em análise de falhas e confiabilidade de ativos.
