TÉCNICO/A DE MANUTENÇÃO INDUSTRIAL
O/A Técnico/a de Manutenção Industrial tem como principal missão garantir a disponibilidade dos equipamentos, mantendo-os em bom estado de conservação e reunindo as condições de segurança necessárias.
Nesta função tu vais:
• Cumprir as normas e procedimentos internos de segurança no trabalho, nomeadamente LOTO e HOT-TAP;
• Dar suporte às operações, assegurando o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos para atingir a disponibilidade, performance e qualidade exigidas;
• Preparar e efetuar as intervenções planeadas de acordo com o plano de manutenção/ações ou checklist de inspeções;
• Propor e implementar melhorias nos equipamentos sempre que necessário;
• Efetuar/apoiar trabalhos de oficina;
• Garantir o registo e correto preenchimento das intervenções nas Ordens de Trabalho (descrição intervenção, pontos não conformes ou não realizados, tempos, material gasto, etc.);
• Garantir a manutenção e a conservação das tuas ferramentas e posto de trabalho em perfeitas condições;
• Melhorar ou atualizar as rotinas de manutenção sempre que necessário, assegurando a comunicação entre equipas.
O teu perfil:
• Valorizas um ambiente diverso, inclusivo, onde todos são importantes e contribuem para o resultado final;
• Habilitações académicas ao nível do 12º ano ou superior (preferencial);
• Conhecimentos de mecânica, pneumática, hidráulica e eletricidade/eletrónica;
• Disponibilidade para turnos rotativos (manhã e tarde), turnos noturnos ou para horários concentrados de fim-de -semana;
• Capacidade analítica no diagnóstico e na resolução de problemas/avarias;
• Conhecimento de informática ao nível do utilizador;
• Domínio língua inglesa (preferencial);
• Capacidade de trabalho em contexto dinâmico e veloz;
• Espírito de entreajuda e vontade de partilhar conhecimento dentro de ambiente de equipa.
