Sobre você e esta função:
Nesta posição você será membro da equipe de Laboratório trabalhando em regime de turnos com outros técnicos da área.
Você será responsável por apoiar as rotinas analíticas do laboratório e contribuir para a confiabilidade dos resultados, excelência operacional e melhoria contínua dos processos.
Esta posição é ideal para quem deseja iniciar ou consolidar sua carreira técnica em laboratório, bem como para profissionais das áreas operacionais ou de produção que desejam transicionar ou ampliar sua formação técnica e profissional, num ambiente técnico seguro, estruturado e com forte foco em desenvolvimento
Responsabilidades:
Executar análises laboratoriais de rotina, seguindo procedimentos operacionais padrão definidos, métodos analíticos, normas de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente.
Realizar preparo de amostras, reagentes, soluções e materiais analíticos.
Registrar resultados analíticos de forma precisa, organizada e rastreável, em sistemas como LIMS – Sistema de Gerenciamento e Informações de Laboratório.
Apoiar a organização do laboratório, controle de materiais, equipamentos, amostras de retenção de produtos e descarte adequado de materiais, produtos e resíduos.
Cumprir os requisitos de Qualidade, Compliance da DOW e Boas Práticas Laboratoriais.
Atuar de forma colaborativa com analistas, técnicos e demais áreas de interface.
Contribuir com iniciativas de melhoria contínua, aprendendo novos métodos, rotinas e ferramentas técnicas.
Requisitos:
Curso Técnico completo em Química ou Petroquimica.
Conhecimentos básicos de práticas laboratoriais e segurança de laboratório.
Diferencial:
Familiaridade com rotina industrial, laboratório, produção ou ambientes regulados.
Habilidades:
Inteligência emocional: equilíbrio, maturidade e respeito nas interações.
Resiliência: adaptação a rotinas técnicas, prazos e aprendizado contínuo.
