La Universitat Abat Oliba CEU busca incorporar un/a Técnico/a contable para dar soporte al área económico‑financiera para realizar las siguientes funciones:
Funciones principales
Gestión de cuentas a pagar (contabilización de facturas de proveedores y programación de pagos).
Gestión de cuentas a cobrar (emisión de facturas a clientes).
Alta de activos y amortizaciones mensuales.
Conciliaciones bancarias.
Lanzamiento procesos de comunicación del SII y liquidación IVA.
Registro y control de la contabilidad general (asientos, cierres mensuales y anuales).
Reportes en auditorías internas y externa.
Gestión de compras en colaboración con otros departamentos.
Archivo y gestión de documentación contable y administrativa.
Requisitos de formación
Grado / Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía o similar.
Valorable formación complementaria en contabilidad, fiscalidad o control de gestión.
Experiencia
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en departamentos de contabilidad, administración o asesorías contables/fiscales.
Valorable experiencia en entornos institucionales o educativos.
Conocimientos técnicos
Contabilidad general.
Fiscalidad básica.
Manejo avanzado de Excel.
Dominio del Paquete Office.
Conocimiento de ERP contables (valorable Oracle).
Valorable nivel de inglés B2.
