Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Técnico SMT (2do turno).
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
Encargado de mantener en excelente funcionamiento todos los equipos que conforman las diferentes líneas de producción así como el soporte directo en las actividades de mejoras, control del proceso, reducción de desperdicios y actividades de mantenimiento que nos ayudan a cumplir la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.
1 Elaboración de fixturas de proceso como los son esténciles y pallets. (DISEÑO)
2 Elaboración y mantenimiento de hojas de carga de máquinas de montaje de superficie.
3 Perfiles de temperatura en hornos de reflujo. (VALIDACION)
4 Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos.
5 Soporte en validaciones de cambios de ingeniería, desviaciones o validaciones.
6 Seguimiento a introducción de nuevos modelos. (SOPORTE EN PISO)
7 Coordina movimientos de layout en su área. (SOPORTE)
8 (Ejecución) de cambios de Ingeniería en piso
9 Ajuste de máquinas durante proceso.
10 Participa en todos los cambios de modelo. (SOPORTE)
11 Participa en las iniciativas de seguridad, bloqueo y etiqueta,5’S, etc.
12 Elaboración de fixturas de proceso como los son esténciles y pallets. (DISEÑO)
Carrera Técnica en Electromecánica, mecánica, eléctrica o a fin
Inglés: preferentemente conversacional
A partir de 2 años en un puesto similar de SMT
Conocimiento en mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de equipo de SMT, Ms Office
Comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, proactivo, iniciativa, trabajo bajo presión.
