Sobre a vaga Garantir a disponibilidade, a confiabilidade e a segurança dos sistemas de automação industrial (CLPs, redes industriais e supervisórios) em uma montadora automotiva, atuando em manutenções corretivas, preventivas, preditivas e em projetos de melhoria contínua nas linhas de montagem.
Principais responsabilidades:
Programação e ajuste de CLPs (Siemens, Rockwell ou equivalentes), incluindo: Análise, correção e otimização de lógicas de controle, parametrização de inversores de frequência, soft-starters e módulos de I/O;
Atuação em sistemas supervisórios e IHMs Configuração, ajuste de telas e tratativa de alarmes e integração entre CLPs, IHMs e sistemas de supervisão de planta;
Manutenção corretiva Atendimento a falhas em equipamentos automatizados (esteiras, manipuladores, dispositivos, células robotizadas etc.) e diagnóstico de causas raiz (elétrica/eletrônica/automação) e restauração rápida da operação;
Manutenções preventivas e preditivas Execução de planos de manutenção em painéis elétricos, CLPs, sensores, atuadores e redes de comunicação, apoio em inspeções com uso de ferramentas de análise (térmica, vibração, análise de falhas recorrentes), registro técnico das intervenções e atualização de históricos em sistema de gestão de manutenção;
Projetos e melhorias Participar de estudos de confiabilidade e de redução de paradas nas linhas de montagem, propor e implementar melhorias de hardware e software em sistemas de automação, suporte em comissionamento de novos equipamentos e mudanças de processo;
Segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade Atuar em conformidade com normas de segurança de máquinas, NR-10, NR-12 e procedimentos internos da GM, zelar pela organização e segurança dos painéis e áreas técnicas (5S) e contribuir para a estabilidade de processo e qualidade do produto final;
Requisitos obrigatórios:
Formação técnica completa em Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência prévia em ambiente industrial ou indústria de grande porte com alto nível de automação;
Conhecimentos sólidos em: Programação e diagnóstico de CLPs, Leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos, Redes industriais (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP,Devicenet ou similares), Sistemas supervisórios e IHMs.
Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos e trabalho em fins de semana/feriados, conforme necessidade produtiva.
Requisitos desejáveis:
Experiência em ambiente industrial de montadora automotiva;
