RESUMEN GENERAL DE LA POSICIÓN:
El Técnico de MELS será responsable de recolectar, validar, analizar y reportar la información generada por el proyecto Green Business Belt, asegurando que los avances técnicos, organizativos y financieros sean registrados con calidad y de acuerdo con los estándares de Heifer International y los requerimientos del donante.Deberá dar seguimiento a los indicadores de los sistemas agroforestales, diversificación, apicultura, fortalecimiento organizacional y acceso a mercados, realizando visitas de campo para verificar datos, recopilar evidencias y actualizar bases de datos en tiempo real. También apoyará la elaboración de informes periódicos, reportes de avance, presentaciones y análisis requeridos por la coordinación del proyecto y los socios estratégicos.El técnico promoverá espacios de aprendizaje con el equipo técnico y las organizaciones comunitarias, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones basada en datos. Además, apoyará procesos clave como la línea de base, monitoreos de proceso, historias de éxito y evaluaciones internas o externas. Trabajará en coordinación directa con el Gerente Nacional de MELS y la Coordinación del proyecto para asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores y la entrega oportuna de información de calidad.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS DE LA POSICIÓN:
