Principais atividades:
• Manter o correto funcionamento de CNCs e CLPs reparando e substituindo módulos, para manter a segurança, qualidade e produtividade dos equipamentos;
• Substituir e reparar sensores, células de carga, transdutores e fibras óticas através de análise técnica e medições para manter o correto funcionamento dos equipamentos;
• Montar e reparar painéis e alimentações elétricas através de análises e estudos para instalação e manter o correto funcionamento dos equipamentos;
• Identificar, substituir e reparar falhas em motores, servo motores, torqueadeiras e seus respectivos acionamentos (inversores, drives, fontes de alimentação) utilizando instrumentos de medição para manter o correto funcionamento dos equipamentos;
• Substituir e reparar componentes eletroeletrônicos (disjuntores, contatores, transformadores etc.) através de análise técnica e medições para manter o correto funcionamento dos equipamentos;
• Confeccionar e ajustar peças, suportes e proteções de menor complexidade utilizando ferramentas de ajustagem manuais para manutenção e montagem de equipamentos e componentes elétricos.
Requisitos:
• Técnico em Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica ou Mecatrônica concluído
• NR-10
• NR-35
• Conhecimento em CLP
• Desejável conhecimento em LOTO (Log Out / Tag Out)
• Desejável conhecimento em MS Office e 5S
• Disponibilidade para atuação em turnos
