Participa activamente en la solucion de fallas de maquinas, mediante la interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, neumaticos, hidraulicos y mecánicos, lógica de PLC SIEMENS (deseable) mediante entradas y salidas analogicas y digitales al procesador a fin de mantener la operación optima de las maquinas de laminación.
Conocimiento e interpretación de diagramas electricos (sistema Europeo preferente), neumaticos, hidraulicos y mecanicos.
Conocimientos basicos en transmisiones de potencia por medio de poleas, bandas, cadenas, acoplamientos directos en sus diferentes categorias como son rigidos y flexibles, interpretación basica de dibujos mecánicos
Conocimientos básicos en sistemas de servicios auxiliares como son compresores de aire comprimido, sistemas de enfriamiento por medio de refrigeración, calderas y subestaciones electricas (deseable)
Realiza, elabora y procesa ordenes de trabajo de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo, predictivo por medio de sistema SAP (deseable) y mantiene constante comunicación con el resto de sus compañeros en cuanto a entregas de turnos, modificaciones de maquinas, mejoras o proyectos
•Participa activamente en el proceso de mejora continua de los programas de calidad, y actividaddes de seguridad ambiental y salud (ver la matriz FRH 000 001 de responsabilidades y autoridad)
• Da seguimiento al reglamento interior de trabajo , a las normas y procedimientos de trabajo
