Descripción del empleo

Diagnosticar correctamente y solucionar las fallas técnicas que se presentan en las máquinas de las áreas productivas con conocimientos y fundamentos base en el area de electricidad, electrónica y electrotecnia apoyando de esta manera para el alcance de los objetivos de los indicadores de mantenimiento como lo son: (Down time, MTTR, MTBF, MP)

  • Cumplimiento y cierre de las diferentes ordenes de mantenimiento como lo son (PM01, PM02, PM10).
  • Manejo de las herramientas manuales básicas para el mantenimiento como lo son: (llaves, desarmadores, pinzas, vernier, etc.)
  • Manejo e interpretación de las herramientas de medición como lo son: (multímetro, calibradores, micrómetro, etc.…)
  • Conoce e identifica las magnitudes fundamentales de la electricidad y los elementos dentro de un circuito eléctrico.
  • Hacer uso y seguimiento correcto de la herramienta PM01 para mantenimiento correctivo
  • Análisis y diagnostico de fallas técnicas haciendo uso de conocimientos y fundamentos científicos y tecnológicos en el area (eléctrica, electrónica y electrotecnia)
  • Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento, así como evaluar, detectar y soluciona principales problemas sin afectar directa o indirectamente al adecuado funcionamiento de las maquinas de las áreas productivas.
  • Realiza acciones para prevenir desperfectos proactivamente antes de que los equipos fallen y actividades enfocadas en el a seguridad de la maquinaria.

Requisitos

Se requiere contar con 3 años de experiencia como Técnico Eléctrico

Conocimientos generales

  • Metodología TPM
  • Paquetería de MS Office
  • Solución de problemas
  • Conocimiento de SAP
  • IEC 60204

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Análisis de circuitos eléctricos
  • PLC HMIs
  • Topología de redes industriales
  • Microcontroladores de seguridad
