Department Overview

Field Support Organization


  • Monitoramento e Suporte remoto no NOC;

  • Suporte remoto e troubleshooting (intervenção nível 01);

  • Abertura e tratamento de requisições de suporte;

  • Relatório de fechamento de tickets;

  • Interface e suporte ao time de campo para tratamento de chamados;

  • Elaboração de relatórios do sistema e procedimentos


Basic Requirements

Requisitos básicos:

  • Formação Técnica em Eletrónica, Elétrica ou Telecomunicações concluída ou áreas afins (é necessário CFT);

  • Experiência em monitoramento e suporte (NOC) em Infraestrutura de Telecom.

  • Conhecimento em atividades de suporte remoto (intervenção nível 01).

  • Certificação ITIL e/ou COBIT.

  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos diurnos e noturnos de 12x36. (das 06:00h às 18:00h).

  • Inglês Intermediário (Conversação e Escrita);

  • Habilidades comportamentais: excelente comunicação oral e escrita, trabalho em equipe, relacionamento interpessoal, iniciativa, senso de urgência, dinamismo, planejamento e organização;
