Desde la Fundación Universitaria San Pablo CEU estamos buscando a un Técnico/a de Proyectos IT:
Formación requerida:
Titulación universitaria y máster/posgrado de especialización en el ámbito funcional
Funciones:
Llevar a cabo el soporte de las aplicaciones de manera presencial o en remoto, a partir del análisis y detección del error, así como de la comunicación de las incidencias a otras áreas interesadas, con el fin garantizar la correcta resolución en el tiempo estipulado
Implementaciones IT: Desarrollo e implementación del software, a través de configuraciones, creación, modificación y actualización de código
Conocimiento y experiencia:
Conocimiento de los procesos de gestión académica en la Universidad
Conocimiento y experiencia en implantación y soporte de soluciones de gestión académica (SIS) para Universidad (deseable SIGMA Academic) desde el punto de vista funcional y técnico
Integración del SIS con otras aplicaciones
Experiencia al menos de dos años en puestos con funciones y responsabilidades similares
Idiomas:
Nivel de inglés C1.
