Responsabilidades Essenciais:
Montarequipamentos elétricos e eletrônicos, realizando inspeção, avaliação e correção de problemas;
Acompanhartestes e o funcionamento de equipamentos em reparo no laboratório, assegurando seu desempenho adequado;
Interpretardesenhos mecânicos e elétricos, listas de materiais e simbologias para identificar componentes e dimensões;
Operarequipamentos de testes e medições, executando ensaios dos produtos em conjunto com a equipe;
Elaborarrelatórios de montagem, reparos, testes e documentos técnicos, incluindo atualizações “as built”;
Prestarassistência técnica aos equipamentos eapoiaro setor de vendas na elaboração de propostas técnicas;
Executaratividades conforme o Programa de Qualidade, sugerindo e implementando melhorias nos processos e procedimentos;
Cumprirnormas de segurança, saúde ocupacional e meio ambiente, mantendo o local de trabalho organizado e zelando por materiais, equipamentos e uso de EPI.
Qualificação Requerida:
Curso Técnico Completo em Mecânica, Mecânica Industrial ou similares;
Experiência prévia na função;
Conhecimento em máquinas de CNC e sistemas hidráulicos;
Disponibilidade de turnos;
Pacote Office básico.
Qualificação Desejável:
Contato com TPM, Lean Manufactuing e 5s;
Conhecimento nas normas regulamentares NR20, NR12, NR10, NR11, NR33, NR35.
