Job Description
Buscamos un Técnico de Mantenimiento General con experiencia básica en electricidad, plomería y reparaciones generales. Será responsable de realizar mantenimientos menores, inspecciones de instalaciones y atender solicitudes de manera oportuna.
Se requiere diploma de escuela superior (o equivalente), conocimientos técnicos básicos, uso seguro de herramientas y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad. Además, debe demostrar responsabilidad, organización, capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo, con buena actitud de servicio y disposición para manejar múltiples tareas y emergencias básicas.
Realizar tareas básicas de mantenimiento en electricidad, plomería, pintura y reparaciones generales.
- Atender y completar órdenes de trabajo de forma oportuna y eficiente.
- Inspeccionar instalaciones para identificar necesidades de reparación o mantenimiento.
- Utilizar herramientas y equipos de forma segura, cumpliendo con las normas establecidas.
- Diagnosticar problemas simples y ejecutar soluciones básicas; escalar casos complejos.
- Mantener organizadas las áreas de trabajo, materiales y equipos.
- Apoyar en emergencias operacionales según sea necesario.
- Colaborar con técnicos, supervisores y contratistas.
- Brindar un servicio respetuoso y orientado al cliente interno.

- Diploma de escuela superior o equivalente.
- Cursos técnicos en mantenimiento, electricidad, plomería o áreas relacionadas (preferible).
- Experiencia básica en electricidad, plomería y reparaciones generales.
- Conocimiento en el uso seguro de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
- Conocimiento básico de normas de seguridad.
- Capacidad para realizar trabajos físicos y múltiples tareas.
- Habilidades de organización, responsabilidad y trabajo en equipo.
- Buena comunicación y actitud de servicio al cliente interno.
- Disponibilidad para atender emergencias básicas y utilizar sistemas de órdenes de trabajo.
