Job Description
El Técnico de Limpieza en Altura es responsable de realizar trabajos especializados de mantenimiento y limpieza en estructuras elevadas, incluyendo cristales, fachadas, techos y cubiertas industriales en edificios comerciales y residenciales. Utiliza equipos como andamios, grúas, cuerdas (trabajo vertical) y plataformas elevadoras.
Este puesto requiere el cumplimiento estricto de normas de seguridad debido al alto riesgo asociado a trabajos en altura.
- Ejecutar labores de limpieza en altura de:
- Ventanas y cristales exteriores
- Fachadas de edificios
- Techos y estructuras industriales
- Utilizar equipos especializados como:
- Andamios
- Plataformas elevadoras (boom lift, scissor lift)
- Sistemas de cuerdas (rope access)
- Grúas, según sea requerido
- Cumplir con todos los protocolos de seguridad ocupacional, incluyendo:
- Uso correcto de equipo de protección personal (EPP)
- Arnés de seguridad, líneas de vida y sistemas anticaídas
- Inspección previa de herramientas y equipos
- Realizar inspecciones visuales de las superficies antes y después del trabajo.
- Reportar daños estructurales o condiciones inseguras al supervisor.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
- Cumplir con horarios, rutas y asignaciones de trabajo.
- Brindar un servicio profesional y cordial a clientes en todo momento.
- Participar en entrenamientos de seguridad y certificaciones requeridas.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según asignadas.
- Diploma de Escuela Superior o equivalente (preferible).
- Experiencia previa en limpieza en altura, mantenimiento de edificios o construcción (preferible).
- Conocimiento básico del uso de equipo de elevación o disposición para aprender.
- Certificaciones en seguridad OSHA o trabajo en alturas (preferible).
- Condición física adecuada para trabajo en altura y esfuerzo físico.
- Capacidad para trabajar en exteriores y distintas condiciones climáticas.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir instrucciones.
