Resumen de la posición
Ejecutar actividades técnicas de laboratorio y aseguramiento de calidad para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, normativos, del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, de los estándares y políticas de The Coca Cola Company (TCCC), mediante muestreo, análisis, control y registro de resultados.
Deberes/Responsabilidades clave:
• Ejecutar y apoyar la implementación de los Sistemas de Aseguramiento de Calidad conforme a TCCC y legislación vigente.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de GMP en áreas operativas y de laboratorio.
• Ejecutar muestreo, análisis y control de materiales y producto conforme a procedimientos aprobados.
• Preparar reactivos, medios, soluciones estándar y curvas de calibración, asegurando su control y vigencia.
• Interpretar y ejecutar métodos analíticos conforme a criterios de aceptación.
• Gestionar insumos y evaluaciones sensoriales, garantizando trazabilidad y condiciones adecuadas.
• Apoyar estudios de extensión de vida útil según lineamientos TCCC.
• Registrar información de manera oportuna, íntegra y confiable.
• Participar en auditorías internas, externas y de TCCC.
• Cumplir con políticas de Calidad, Seguridad, Medioambiente y Ética.
• Participar en programas de capacitación y apoyar entrenamientos técnicos cuando sea requerido.
• Detener y reportar actividades de laboratorio ante desviaciones a GMP, procedimientos o estándares de calidad.
• Reportar resultados fuera de especificación (OOS) y condiciones no conformes conforme a procedimientos establecidos.
Requisitos/Calificaciones del trabajo
• Deseable mínimo 1 año en laboratorio de calidad en industria de alimentos, bebidas o farmacéutica.
• Manejo de material de vidrio, preparación de reactivos y seguimiento de procedimientos.
