Job Description

The Opportunity:

Responsible for carrying out basic tasks at customer site (depending on the time negotiated and the agreement with the Client). All of which can include but not limited to: inventory management, receiving garments within customer site.

The Coordinator Site Services position requires knowledge and application of VWR and routine customer systems. Reporting and customer interaction is typically of a routine nature. Unloading trucks, receiving, stocking.

Responsable de completar verificaciones de calidad de productos, realizar pruebas y análisis rutinarios de la producción, revisar las verificaciones de calidad para asegurar su precisión y documentar los problemas de control de calidad según sea necesario. Se comunica con los equipos de control de calidad, aseguramiento de calidad y producción para proporcionar u obtener información que requiere cierta explicación. Lleva a cabo los objetivos diarios siguiendo procedimientos definidos, atendiendo problemas recurrentes con soluciones conocidas y resolviendo cuestiones más complejas utilizando experiencia y apoyo disponible.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES, RESPONSABILIDADES Y ENTREGABLES (KPIs)

  • Ejecutar y manejar inspecciones en sitio del almacén y de las operaciones de productos o servicios finales de manufactura.

  • Realizar mantenimiento de archivos relevantes y mantener documentación para la función de control de calidad correspondiente.

  • Completar formularios de retroalimentación de errores para realizar auditorías de las diferentes tareas según lo requiera el Supervisor de Calidad.

  • Auditar distintos registros (temperatura, humedad, elevadores, control de plagas, limpieza, etc.) y generar reportes.

  • Dar seguimiento a la matriz de capacitación del personal de manera anual y programada (cGMP, OSHA, Buenas Prácticas de Documentación, montacargas y seguridad, entre otros).

  • Elaborar reportes de no conformidad y enviarlos al Supervisor de Aseguramiento de Calidad y al Gerente de Operaciones.

  • Colaborar en la evaluación de causas raíz, variaciones e incidentes de calidad.

  • Ejecutar planes de acción derivados de auditorías.

  • Cumplir con los procedimientos GMP de la operación. Garantizar que los SOP (Procedimientos Operativos Estándar) se sigan tal como están escritos.

  • Examinar e inspeccionar artículos de inventario para detectar desgaste o defectos, informando cualquier daño a los supervisores y al Supervisor de Almacén.

  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas.


REQUISITOS (Educación y experiencia)

  • Título técnico en ciencias, química o ingeniería (deseable).

  • De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en industria farmacéutica, manufactura, distribución o ISO (manejo y limpieza de materiales peligrosos es un plus).

  • Nivel intermedio en Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Internet o similares.

  • Habilidad para comunicarse en inglés (deseable)

  • Capacidad para priorizar tareas, cumplir plazos y trabajar bajo presión.

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under typical positions)

Typically works in a warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.

A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.

Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 20 lbs.

Although the associate performs clerical duties, while performing the duties of this job, the associate is exposed to an industrial warehouse environment. The associate may work near moving mechanical machinery and noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Associate may be exposed to areas with Penicillin, Aspirin, Alcohol, Acetone and other fumes.
