This internship is fully focused on TCN recruitment operations and lead conversion. You will be on the front line of growing the MENA non-mature TCN pipeline — cold calling prospects, converting leads, delivering presentations, running webinars, and keeping the recruitment engine running with clean data and strong team support. Team Description
The MENA Non-Mature TCN Growth Engine is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and incubating new Talent Content Networks across the region. The recruitment team drives top-of-funnel lead generation, agency qualification, and structured onboarding to build a healthy pipeline of high-quality TCNs ready for growth and graduation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cold Calling & Outreach
- Execute high-volume daily outreach via cold calls, WhatsApp, and email to generate and qualify new TCN leads
- Maintain a consistent daily outreach volume targeting 70–100 touchpoints per day
- Proactively identify and approach potential TCN candidates across assigned channels including paid ads, open onboarding, and referrals
- Follow up persistently with prospects through the funnel until conversion or disqualification
2. Lead Onboarding & Conversion
- Guide qualified leads through the full onboarding journey from initial contact to successful TCN registration
- Process 2–3 qualified application submissions per day consistently
- Apply lead qualification criteria to assess prospect quality and prioritize high-value candidates for conversion
- Support AMs in closing leads and ensuring a smooth transition into the onboarding stage
3. Presentations & Webinars
- Deliver structured recruitment presentations to prospective TCN candidates individually and in group settings
- Co-facilitate or independently run 1 online recruitment webinar or on-ground workshop per week
- Prepare and update pitch decks, onboarding materials, and presentation assets as needed
- Represent the team professionally in all candidate-facing interactions
4. CRM Management & Data Integrity
- Maintain accurate and fully up-to-date records across all recruitment trackers and CRM tools on a daily basis
- Log all outreach activity, lead status, application progress, and conversion outcomes with zero recurring gaps
- Flag pipeline bottlenecks, duplicate entries, and data inconsistencies to the team lead proactively
- Generate weekly CRM reports covering outreach volume, lead status, and conversion progress
5. Team Support & Coordination
- Support AMs with day-to-day recruitment tasks, lead follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth handoff of newly converted TCNs
- Assist the Recruitment & Onboarding Lead with ad-hoc projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Contribute actively to team meetings with pipeline updates and performance insights
