Job Title

TCAT Student ApplicationAre you a TCAT student or recent graduate interested in launching your career in advanced manufacturing? CoorsTek is building a pipeline of skilled talent for a variety of roles across our facility, and we’re looking to connect with individuals who are eager to apply their technical training in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

This is a general interest application for TCAT students and graduates who want to be considered for roles such as:

  • Production Operators

  • Maintenance Technicians

  • CNC Operators & Machining Roles

  • Clean Room Technicians

  • Shipping & Logistics Team Members

What You May Work On

Depending on the role, team members at CoorsTek may:

  • Operate advanced manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality components

  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet strict quality and customer specifications

  • Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision instruments

  • Transfer and track production through manufacturing systems

  • Load, unload, and move materials using hand-trucks, forklifts, cranes, or hoists

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

  • Collaborate with team members across production, maintenance, and quality teams

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What We Look For

We welcome candidates who are:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a TCAT or similar technical training program

  • Interested in hands-on manufacturing careers

  • Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technical processes

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • Able to read measurements and follow written or verbal instructions

  • Motivated to learn and grow within an advanced manufacturing environment

  • Team-oriented and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds

Experience in manufacturing, machining, maintenance, or technical trades is helpful but not always required.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Technical training through TCAT or a similar trade program strongly encouraged

Target Hiring Range

17.00 - 22.00
