职位描述
1.负责项目车型嵌入式软件质量保障，测试环境搭建（手动测试台架和自动化测试），高效高质完成交付； 2.参与产品需求和技术方案评审，设计并维护测试用例，包含功能、升级、性能和稳定性； 3.制定软件模块或系统的整体测试策略、测试计划、测试方案，测试资源评估，执行测试并输出测试报告； 4.持续质量过程改进和效率优化，迭代开发自动化脚本与工具，提升测试效率，探索落地AI赋能测试。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2.掌握python或java，有较强的代码能力，能独立高效完成工具和脚本编写，提升测试效能； 3.工作责任心强、具备承压能力，较强的沟通、过程改进、风险识别和推动能力； 4.熟悉AI编程、嵌入式开发、网络通信、车载通信和诊断协议优先。
