You will be part of a fast paced tax technology and innovation Hub, part of the BIP group.

BIP Law & Tax is the tax and legal arm of the BIP group, one of the fastest growing technology consulting practices in Europe. It was born to offer a new approach to providing tax and legal services, integrating technical competences with technology and innovation. xTax is the service offering within BIP Law & Tax that covers a wide range of tax technology, transformation and innovation services.

We work with some of the largest domestic and international clients supporting them throught all the phases of their growth, end to end.

You will work closely with industry leaders that have gained remarkable experience by working in Big 4 professional services and in house and will contribute to the creation of this service offering and the success of BIP Law & Tax in the market.

Given the strong demand from the market and our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for:

Tax Technology Consultant / Tax Technology Specialist (2–6 years of experience)

What will your role be?

As a Tax Technology Consultant, you will support the design and implementation of technology-enabled tax solutions, working closely with senior architects, tax experts and technical teams.

You will contribute to projects aimed at transforming tax and legal functions through digitalization, automation and system integration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the translation of tax and regulatory requirements (e.g. Pillar 2, SAF-T, e-invoicing, Tax Control Framework, Transfer Pricing) into process and system solutions.
• Contributing to ERP/EPM-related projects (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Tagetik or equivalent), with specific focus on tax processes and reporting.
• Assisting in the design of tax data models, reporting frameworks and automation workflows.
• Supporting integration activities between tax processes and enterprise systems.
• Working alongside developers and engineers in automation and AI-enabled use cases.
• Preparing functional documentation, solution designs and testing documentation.
• Collaborating with tax and legal professionals to ensure regulatory alignment and operational feasibility.
• Supporting proposal preparation and internal knowledge development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in tax technology, finance transformation, ERP projects, or related areas.
• Exposure to tax processes (direct or indirect tax), tax reporting or compliance frameworks.
• Basic to intermediate experience with ERP/EPM systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Tagetik or similar).
• Interest in digital transformation, automation and AI applied to tax and legal processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Consulting background or in-house finance/tax transformation experience is a plus.
