Reporting to the Tax Director, you will be responsible for the following, which are focused around three core concepts (Technical & Quality expertise, People & Talent Management, and Client service).

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting or related field of study
CPA Designation
Graduate level specialization in taxation (DESSF) or “CPA In-Depth Tax Course or other comparable tax courses
10+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of computerized systems such as Tax Prep, Excel, Oracle and Google suite
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Knowledge of the Canadian Income Tax Act, Excise Tax Act, provincial sale tax act and technical aspects of tax compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in dealing with transfer pricing, SRED and tax review a plus (good to have)
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Coaching skills
Customer oriented and service driven
