Industry: Tax Agency

The Tax Supervisor is responsible for managing the companys tax operations, ensuring compliance with Cambodian tax laws, timely filing of tax returns, and supporting the development of junior staff. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Review the preparation and accuracy of monthly tax returns.
• Ensure timely and complete submission of tax filings and related documents.
• Examine monthly and annual tax reports to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Supervise and guide the Tax Assistant, fostering a growth-oriented and supportive work environment.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and ensure company compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to collect necessary tax-related information.
• Review bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with tax requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Main Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting or taxation.
• In-depth knowledge of Cambodian Tax Law.
• Diploma in Cambodian Tax or having passed the Tax Agent Exam is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
