The Opportunity

We are looking for a GTRS Staff to support Global Tax Reporting Services (GTRS). In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of multinational client engagements, supporting operational processes, reporting, and compliance activities across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client service delivery across multiple engagements
• Assist in engagement lifecycle management, reporting, and operations
• Analyze, reconcile, and manage client data and prepare work papers
• Validate data and collaborate with global teams to gather required information
• Support tax filings preparation using EY tools
• Manage communications and assist with project coordination
• Ensure delivery is aligned with agreed SLAs and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in global corporations (e.g., Big 4 or shared service centers)
• Knowledge of U.S. tax fundamentals, including IRS forms (W-8, W-9) is a plus
• Strong data analysis and data management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
