  • Participate in training, continuing professional education, and on-the-job learning to strengthen technical expertise.
  • Contribute to process improvements, professional networking opportunities, and firmwide initiatives while progressing toward CPA licensure.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years’ experience (can include a tax internship in tax or public accounting).
  • Progress toward CPA License strongly encouraged.
  • Foundational knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments, priorities, deadlines, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and the ability to learn and effectively use tax preparation, research, workflow, and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with engagement teams and contributing to firm goals.
