We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in at Bogota, Colombia.

Job Purpose:

· Under limited supervision support administration of tax activities and related processes to maintain effective tax rates, minimize tax risk and improve cash flow in line with sub-functional plans, business objectives, group policies, regulations and compliance requirements

Your tasks:

• Under limited supervision support administration of defined routine tax related activities and tasks such as tax return preparation, tax declarations (CIT, ITT (ICA municipal) national and municipal WHT, “exogena” information national and municipal, and other required reports
• Assist other team members to understand and work to key tax concepts, processes, methods and tools including standards and policies
• Support team members to understand tax laws and regulations, and prepare technical reports on their impact on the organization’s operations
• Prepare correspondence with external tax authorities and consultants such as auditors
• Administer operational activities to collect and maintain relevant tax information, records and tax account reconciliations
• Follow and achieve compliance on defined tax processes, systems and checklists
• Provide timely and effective administrative support to recognize recurring issues and trends related to tax activities and address the same as per guidelines, else escalate for resolution
• Assist external auditors in conducting statutory audits

Your profile:

• Specialization in Taxation
• 4 years of experience in the tax field
• Knowledge and experience in tax preparation, tax regulations, account analysis, and tax refund applications
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Power BI• Excellent communication and

· Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
