You'll make a difference by:

  • Managing indirect tax compliance: Preparing and filing monthly Withholding Tax (WHT), Value Added Tax (VAT), reverse charge VAT, Specific Business Tax (SBT), and Stamp Duty (SD) submissions, while applying Double Tax Agreement (DTA) benefits and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Maintaining tax documentation and reconciliations: Reviewing withholding tax certificates received from customers, obtaining required supporting documents, reconciling tax-related accounts, and ensuring accurate record keeping for all tax obligations.
  • Supporting corporate income tax and transfer pricing requirements: Assisting with Corporate Income Tax (CIT) filings, deferred tax computations, Transfer Pricing Disclosure Forms, Transfer Pricing Documentation, and related regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Providing tax advisory support: Conducting tax research and analysis, responding to business queries, assessing tax implications of contracts and cross-border transactions, and preparing presentations and professional correspondence.
  • Supporting tax audits and disputes: Assisting the Tax Manager with tax audits, investigations, and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and liaising with the Revenue Department.
  • Driving tax-related projects and stakeholder collaboration: Participating in regulatory, process improvement, and system enhancement initiatives while partnering with shared services, finance teams, business controllers, external auditors, and advisors to effectively manage tax matters.

You'll win us over by:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field. A degree in Accounting is highly preferred.
  • Strong Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting, ideally within a Big 4 firm or a multinational corporation.
  • Proficiency In Accounting and Tax laws: Good understanding of Thailand’s corporate tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing (including CIT, WHT, VAT, SBT and SD), and accounting principles.
  • Technical Competencies: Comfortable using ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to explain tax matters clearly to both finance and non-finance teams.
  • Ownership and Independence: Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of accountability, confidently taking ownership of responsibilities and delivering results while working autonomously and collaboratively within the team.
