Overview

Wolf & Company is looking for experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our growing tax team.  This Senior position with unlimited growth potential requires a motivated, experienced tax professional with strong interpersonal and management skills. A successful candidate should possess expertise in individual and fiduciary income taxation and estate and gift tax.

Responsibilities

• Interact closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting and compliance services in a timely and effective manner
• Provide primary and secondary review of complex tax returns for individual and fiduciary clients
• Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure complete client satisfaction through open communication, managing expectations, and meeting deadlines 
• Work closely with management on client management, professional development and business development activities
• Help develop, train and mentor staff 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Minimum 3 years of tax experience
• Utilizes and develops proficient understanding of tax programs and tax software.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
