What These Roles Typically Involve

What You Bring

Most of our Senior and Manager-level tax candidates have:

  • 3 or more years of public accounting tax experience

  • Experience preparing and reviewing returns and contributing to client engagements

  • Strong knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual taxation

  • Exposure to multi-state and federal regulations

  • CPA license preferred or active progress toward it

  • Comfort with tax software such as CCH, ProSystem fx, Lacerte, or UltraTax

  • The ability to explain complex tax concepts in plain language

A Master’s in Taxation is a plus. Just as important is leadership potential and the ability to guide both clients and teams with confidence.
