Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• University degree in Economics, Law, International Studies, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proactive attitude and approach to work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professional standards

Your future role

• Preparing advisory letters for clients on personal income tax and social security matters (e.g., the taxation of employee benefits and private investments), and performing technical reviews of materials prepared by consultant colleagues
• Participating in the design of employee and executive compensation programs
• Carrying out the review of deliverables related to compliance services provided to our multinational clients, based on materials prepared by junior colleagues
• Actively participating in client engagements and maintaining client relationships
• Tracking and monitoring client work and ensuring continuous, timely delivery
• Leading the work of junior colleagues, allocating and monitoring their tasks and ensuring delivery by the relevant deadlines
