Job Title: Tax Product & Program Manager (PPM)

We're hiring a Tax Product & Program Manager to help with tax compliance initiatives within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. This role bridges tax, product, and engineering—turning complex tax rules into scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
Translate tax rules into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams
Interpret tax authority field definitions for system implementation
Review and validate data mapping for compliance
Drive product development and process improvement
Collaborate closely with technical teams (comfortable with reviewing code is a plus)
Must-Have:
Strong tax technical expertise with experience writing detailed tax requirements
Proven ability to translate tax needs into product specs
Comfort working with engineers and technical teams
Product-focused mindset with process improvement skills
