As an Associate,you'llplay a key role in the day-to-day operations of our market-leading business, working across a variety of operational, financial, and client-focused activities. Your day-to-day could include:

• Preparing tailored tax pooling quotes and supporting clients withmanaging their cash flow andreducingtheir exposure to penalties and interest.

• Building strong relationships with tax agents, finance professionals, and business owners by delivering exceptionalservicesprimarilyvia phone and email.

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, including funding requests, reconciliations, reporting, and administrative processes.

• Working collaboratively across the team to improve systems, streamline processes, and support business development initiatives.

• Helping ensure our operations meet PwC's quality, compliance, and risk management standards.

• At least 2 years' experience in an office-based, client service, operations, or administrative role.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with financial information and reconciliations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and develop lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Confidence working with numbers, including a solid understanding of interest calculations and reconciliations. An interest in developing your financial modelling skills is a plus.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities, stayorganized, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline isadvantageous, but not essential.
