Job Description

  • Take ownership of projects implementation focusing on tax and finance operations aspects.

  • Translate Tax business needs into clear specifications and work jointly with IT development teams to implement them.

  • Guide and advise related to tax filings, as well as financial data reporting.

  • Continuously improve tax reporting processes, including related controls, and suggest re-designs where necessary.

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of financial and accounting processes from a tax perspective and experience with their operational setup in ERP systems.

  • Lead and perform all aspects of controls on tax reporting production activities, issue recommendations, and ensure their follow-up and implementation.

  • Ensure tax rules are accurately applied within our operational setup.

  • Manage key tax compliance and reporting process automation and control.

  • Manage Tax Operations efficiently for Tax team.

  • Actively participate in Finance transformation initiatives.

  • Coordinate with colleagues across Finance and Operations, as well as with external consultants, to ensure that tax considerations are fully understood and coordinated into end-to-end processes

  • Engage extensively with interested parties to manage expectations and ensure clarity

  • Champion continuous improvement and act as a link between IT and Tax team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in financial transformation initiatives and regulatory/tax projects.

  • Solid grasp of Finance and Tax business processes.

  • Experience with digitalization in taxation.

  • Experience with D365 F&O, Oracle EPM is an advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability in a similar role (minimum 5 years).

  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of tax operations.

  • Practical, proactive, and focused approach to challenges.

  • Strong collaboration skills paired with the proficiency to work effectively across teams and regions.

  • Outstanding communication, collaborator engagement, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
