Tax Manager – Corporate & Transactions

The Role

As a Tax Manager in our Transactions and Corporate Tax Advisory team, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team delivering tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their businesses and goals.
  • Provide intelligent, proactive solutions to complex corporate and capital tax issues.
  • Oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, including planning and consultancy assignments.
  • Identify opportunities for clients and contribute to business development initiatives and sales pitches.
  • Support the development of junior team members through coaching and feedback.
  • Continuously develop your own technical and leadership skills through structured learning and on-the-job experience.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • CTA qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in a tax department, with a strong focus on corporate and capital taxes.
  • Proven ability to manage tax compliance processes and lead a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Irish corporate tax legislation and capital taxes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Additional qualifications (e.g., Legal, ACA, ACCA).
  • Experience advising indigenous and outbound companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and deliver client opportunities.
  • Familiarity with tax technology tools or ERP systems.
