ACG_1935_JOB Our client is a global food ingredient supplier that is looking for a top-notch candidate to work for their firm: 1. Tax Compliance Supervise and guarantee compliance with tax regulations (VAT/PIT/Customs, etc.) across all branches and sites of the Nuts Business in Vietnam. Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting company operations. Develop and execute policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local and national regulations. 2. Licensing and Permits Manage the process of acquiring and renewing licenses, permits, and registrations necessary for Nuts Business operations. Maintain an updated database of all licenses and permits. 3. Contract Management Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and partnerships. Ensure contracts comply with tax requirements and mitigate potential risks. 4. Government Relations Cultivate positive relationships with tax authorities and regulatory bodies. Serve as the key liaison for tax-related matters when engaging with external stakeholders. 5. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all tax-related documents and communications. Prepare regular reports for senior management regarding tax activities and updates. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. Demonstrated experience as a Tax Manager or in a similar position. Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
