About the role

Job Summary

The Tax Manager is responsible for supporting tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. This role ensures accurate tax filings and contributes to the organization’s tax strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all tax compliance and reporting activities in accordance with local regulations and corporate policies.
  • Monitor tax legislation changes and assess their impact on the business.
  • Provide tax advisory support to finance and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks through effective controls and governance.
  • Coordinate with tax authorities, external auditors, and tax advisors.
  • Support transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and international tax matters.
  • Drive tax process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the tax team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese tax regulations and tax compliance requirements.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to assess and manage tax risks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
