Job Description

Tax Manager | Dubai, UAE (DMCC)

Talent Tides is hiring a Tax Manager for a multinational group headquartered in DMCC, Dubai. You will lead tax planning and structuring for the group's UAE and international entities, and report to the Group CFO.

What you will do

  • Design and manage tax structures for the group's entities in the UAE and abroad
  • Advise on the tax impact of new investments, acquisitions, and entity setups
  • Manage holding and subsidiary structures in offshore jurisdictions such as the Isle of Man and the Cayman Islands
  • Keep the group compliant with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, Economic Substance Regulations, and free zone requirements
  • Handle transfer pricing policies and documentation for intercompany transactions
  • Review tax filings and returns prepared by internal teams or external advisors
  • Monitor changes in UAE and international tax law, including OECD Pillar Two, and assess the effect on the group
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and authorities

What you need

  • 7 to 10 years of tax experience, with at least 3 years focused on tax structuring
  • Hands-on experience with offshore jurisdictions such as the Isle of Man, Cayman Islands, BVI, or Jersey (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and transfer pricing
  • Background with a Big 4 firm, a tax advisory firm, or a multinational group preferred
  • CA, CPA, ACCA, or CTA qualification preferred
  • Currently in the UAE and able to join immediately or on short notice
