How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead complex tax engagements from planning through delivery
• Review tax returns, tax research, and consulting projects
• Help clients develop proactive tax strategies and minimize tax exposure
• Serve as a primary advisor and relationship manager for clients
• Coach, mentor, and develop tax professionals
• Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and timelines
• Identify opportunities to bring additional value to clients and strengthen relationships

Qualifications

What Successful Tax Managers Bring

We're interested in connecting with professionals who combine technical tax expertise with a passion for building client relationships, developing people, and serving as trusted business advisors.

• CPA, EA, CA, or similar professional designation
• Public accounting tax experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong technical tax, research, and planning expertise
• Experience managing client relationships and complex engagements
• A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional client service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
