Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of corporate tax experience
  
• Manufacturing or aerospace experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Experience managing audits and tax compliance
  
• ERP and advanced Excel experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

 Day to Day Responsibilities

• Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance activities
• Coordinate preparation and review of tax filings and supporting schedules
• Support tax planning initiatives and compliance strategies
• Research and interpret changing tax regulations
• Partner with external tax advisors and auditors
• Prepare tax provisions and deferred tax calculations
• Assist with audit responses and documentation requests
• Collaborate with accounting and finance leadership on reporting matters
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and tax efficiencies
• Support strategic financial and operational initiatives
